Prepaid Filter

Add a Prepaid Filter to view only the Prepaids based on the criteria selected.

Enter a Prepaid ID or use a wild card search to view the Prepaids.

A Customer ID can be entered to view only the Prepaids for that Customer or select F12 to search.

View Prepaids for a specific Customer by adding the Customer Name, using F12 to search or conduct a wild card search.

Focus on a specific Type of Prepaid by using the drop down menu available in Type. Choose from

All	Chemical
No Type	Feed
Fertilizer	Sponsored
Seed

For Locations that require a Prepaid Agreement, select the option of All Dates or create a date range by selecting a date in the Start and End fields. Dates can be entered using the mm/dd/yy date format or by using the drop down calendar.

Custom- This is an advanced search function using Condition Builder and is available by clicking the toolbox icon. Select the field names to search, specify an operator or comparison, then a field or value and a second field or value if applicable. Select an option in the Combining with Existing Condition if applicable. When the search condition is built, select okay which enters the condition in the Custom search field. Select Okay to search all Direct Orders with this condition.

Select OK to apply the filter.
